We currently have a client that are experiencing significant issues since a few weeks ago whereby users of the VPN are being intermittently disconnected and a 'cypher' error detailed within the Sophos Connect client log. For clarity, the client use Sophos Intercept X, Sophos Connect client in split-tunnel configuration and iBoss for cloud web filtering.
Sophos have confirmed this is a known issue and is being worked on by the development team with an expected release date of October. In the meantime, we have a customer that is looking at replacing their web filtering solution, iBoss, with one that is not impacted by this issue.
Could anyone who uses Sophos Intercept X, and a VPN in a split-tunnel configuration with a web filtering solution, advise what web filtering solution they are using and if it's still working as expected since the latest Intercept X change?
