Sophos breaking internet on Citrix servers

Our company is using Sophos endpoint cloud for anti virus and since around March of this year we have been having a slew of issues. One particular issue is that Sophos is intermittently breaking the internet connection. Users will submit ticket saying they cannot get out to the internet and the only way to fix it is to disable tamer protection and use power shell to stop/start all sophos services

Originally we thought the issue was real time web scanning and web control so we disabled those through policy but the issue came back.

This along with upm issues due to sophos have been a nightmare. I can never get a native English speaker through support. The last I left off was a task from them basically giving me a crap ton of logs before I went on leave https://mobdro.onl/ .

We’ve been trying to update the agent since April through controlled updates but it doesn’t update. Support says it either hasn’t got to us or it takes longer to reach us for whatever reason. I have an open support case for the internet issues but I’m doubtful that anything good will come out of this.
