HitmanPro folder size

One on of our servers the HitmanPro folders have hit nearly 17gb. I was able to clear them out by stopping the service and deleting the files but this is a constant issue as they regrow to this size over time eating up disk space on C on a server responsible for mailflow.

I noticed in a previous thread that there are 3 registry keys that control this and how often it self cleans these folders to ensure this doesn't happen, however these appear to be missing on this server. Is it possible to manually enter them and if so what would be the default values to be able to base correct timings from?

There are 3 REG_SZ values:

  • ExcaliburCleanupPollPeriod - Value in seconds, representing the period of time that should elapse between each attempt to clean up. Default is equivalent of 10 minutes.

  • ExcaliburDefaultCutOff - Value in seconds, representing age before which any record is deleted. Default is seconds equivalent of 90 days (so roughly 3 months).

  • ExcaliburCleanupRowLimit - V3.8.0+, the number of rows that will be deleted on each pass. 0 represents "delete all matching rows" (unlimited).

Thanks!
