We are using Anveo as client software for our external representatives, working on our local Business Central (aka Navision) setup.
Anveo is an app, downloaded from the Microsoft Store, making a connection to our database, but also having offline capabilities.
Since the update of the Agent Core to 2.20.13 we are experciencing problems, feels like losing write-rights to the local database:
Anyone experiencing the same issue's?
Having 80 salespersons not being able to sell is not funny :-(
They do not have the problem at the same time, they have the problem after they received following:
Reboot does not solve the problem

I recommend using the following article to determine which scanning feature is causing this issue.
- Sophos Central Endpoint: Basic troubleshooting
Once you have determined the problematic scanning feature, exclusions can be added to allow the operations the app is trying to perform without scanning.
As an immediate work-around, the problematic feature can be left turned off temporarily while you investigate.
Please let me know what your findings are.
