Problems downloading Sophos Intercept X (without XDR)

Hello everyone,

we currently have a Sophos test account because we want to buy Intercept X (without XDR).

But we want to test it briefly in advance to see whether it works properly.

I was in contact with Sophos support because originally there was only a trial license for Sophos Intercept X with XDR. Support then added a trial license for Sophos Intercept X without the XDR.

So far so good.

If I want to download the installation package now, I'm only offered Intercept X with XDR:




Do you have any idea how I can get an installation package for Intercept X WITHOUT XDR?
We would like to switch from the test license directly to a purchased license after a successful test without first having to exchange the Intercept X with XDR for the one without XDR.
Does anyone have an idea and can help me?

    Thank you for reaching us. We're glad to hear that you're currently performing a test run on our product. With regards to your query, There are only two possible ways for you to download the Intercept X package only, and not the Intercept X with XDR. It's either you create a new trial account that only has Intercept X trial on it or Reach our Customer Care team for them to remove the XDR trial account on your existing Sophos trial license.

    I would suggest you reach our customer care team for them to make necessary changes to your trial account for you to proceed with the testing. You can reach them through our support portal through chat or directly speak to them through phone by dialing our hotline.
