Failed to install sme64: general error on multiple Servers

Thanks for the assistance so far..

when clicking on the Digicert URL this is the error i initially receive 

then if i continue, this is what is displayed

Is it now in the trusted root store for the local computer> If you open up the local computer cert store, e.g.

Start - Run

type:

certlm.msc

and enter.  Once open, navigate to:

Do you see "Digicert Trusted Root G4"?

This is the file required: 
https://cacerts.digicert.com/DigiCertTrustedRootG4.crt

I assume you could always download the file to C:\cert\ for example and run:

certutil.exe -addstore root C:\cert\DigiCertTrustedRootG4.crt

Yeah it is thanks! After I manually installed the cert I checked it was there before updating Sophos..
