Hi, My renewal is coming up and we have had a lot of issues with slow response to MacOS issues. There are developer relationships that grant developers early access to new OSs from Apple so that issues can be discovered and remediated to align with the release of updates. Is this not used? Having to muck with EAP reactionary attempts to make things work is not a reasonable way for us to support our users. Is Sophos committed to getting better at this? What assurances can we get that maintaining your products in our production environments will not be as painful as they have been going forward?
What about the next macOS release, Monterey? Will Sophos be ready for Monterey when Monterey is released? Without a late EAP? It was a debacle with what happened when Big Sur was released.

This has been stated that Monteray will be supported once GA will be available. You may refer to this community discussion for more details.
Sophos endpoint DLP doesn't appear to function very well on MacOS Big Sur either, and its one of the biggest selling points for Sophos Endpoint Enterprise...
