A doubt about eliminating threats found

I want to know if it is possible to manually remove virus alerts. I have read that when they are in quarantine it can be done but I do not reach that step.

If possible and there is a guide on how to do it, I would need it.

    Are you referring to removing the alerts from the workstation or Sophos central?  Is this on something that requires manual cleanup?  Or something that Sophos cleaned up but needs acknowledgement? 

     

    I know it seems to weird to ask those questions but it has been my experience that different steps need to be taken depending on the circumstances, any details or screen shots will help us help you.
