Currently I see options are to pause or set updates to manual. We got a customer requesting Sophos software updates only happen after hours. Does anyone know if this can be configured?

do I understand correctly that the customer want the product updates to happen at a certain time - or rather, that product updates do not happen during certain hours?
I'm not a Central user so I'm not familiar with Central Admin. The Help under Updating Policy suggests that you can select a (one?) day - and I assume it's a day-of-week - and a time (though it's not clear whether this is endpoint-local or Admin time). Though I think this would not restrict the software update to certain times.
