MacOS Kext Extensions won't Enable

I have a Mac that was upgraded from Sierra to BigSur.

  1. I put the Mac into the EAP for Sophos /BigSur.
  2. I went through the KEXT instructions show in support article below.
    1. https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000038341?language=en_US
  3. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the endpoint but I can't seem to get the KEXT approved or enabled and I Sophos just stays at 10.0.1.
  4. Sophos to be added to the Full Disk Access, but still populated notifications about adding it.

When we run the following in terminal it displays the output below in bold.

The default interactive shell is now zsh.

To update your account to use zsh, please run `chsh -s /bin/zsh`.
