I had a client who needed help with a Mac that was running Catalina, they were receiving constant notifications to finish installation. I had a sophos technician call them to assist with the installation. Somehow the technician decided to install Sophos on a Mac with Big Sur while completing this ticket. Then after realizing their mistake they decided not to uninstall the software and have now left me with the task of finding how to uninstall it. I was directed here to find information on how to complete this uninstall. Can anyone please let me know how this should be done correctly?
