Would like to know what "issues detected" that appears below "No Threats found" as a result after a scan means, how to access these issues to know what they are, what I should do with them and how to do it if that information is also a

Would like to know what "issues detected" that appears below "No Threats found" as a result after a scan means, how to access these issues to know what they are,  what I should do with them and how to do it if that information is also available. Running Sophos 9.2.7 on a older Macbook pro from 1997.
