Infinity Autoupdate from two days in Italy.

Question

i have sophos for mac 9.2.7, but from two days, when start the autoupdate, I must wait a long time for finish. Several times, continues to infinity and when I stop and start manually, after some time, it is updated. Is it normal?

Its not normal. Can you get a sample of the SophosAutoUpdate process when it seems like its stuck? Definitely interested to know what its waiting for...

Now it seems to be back to normal. Maybe it was the server? However there are not error in the report log, simply continued to infinity, and after i turned off/on wifi, I clicked on "update now" and was updated... You understand?
