This video shows you how to run the sweep program (part of SAV for Mac) and write out to a log file all the files being scanned.
This step be useful when you need to dig into the actual files being scanned to troubleshoot the length of time a scan is taking and whether the scan is getting 'stuck' on any particular file or files.
The video uses a command, shown below, which you can copy and paste into Terminal.
sweep / -dn 2> ~/Desktop/savscan.log
With the scan running in Terminal you can open the log file in Console and see it refresh automatically.
