Sophos Scan detects prob and Mac CAn't repair:

Hello All,

I'm am sorry, but I am definitely not an expert:

Sophos Scan detected the following issue and trying to use Mac repair permissions locks up computer and won't repair. Any one know what it is? OR what it means?

Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent” has been modified and will not be repaired.
