Troj/Agent-ALFQ can not be remover - Cleanup fails

The Sophos scanner (V9.2.2) has reported Troj/Agent-ALFQ but fails to cleanup.

Manul clean up is advised but the file stil cn not be removed.

Following mesage is given "De bewerking kan niet worden voltooid, omdat reservekopie-onderdelen niet kunnen worden gewijzigd."( Action cannot be finnished, reserve copy parts can not be changed).

How can I remove the trhred?
