Threat shows after every restart, vanishes when I open Quarantine Manager

Got the same happening here , in the UK .Threat is listed as Troj/DocDl-lr however. I set preferences to automatically clean the threat / deny acces , no success , I then restarted again , waited for the threat warning to appear , went to QM and as you say , the threat disappears !

Sophos have advised the threat is Windows specific . I'd still like to able to remove the thing and right now Sophos is not doing it. !

Forgot to add , have checked Sophos is up to date , its 9.2.4 threat detection engine 3.58.1 Threat data 5.12. Am running OSX 10.10.2 , Yosemite

After the failure to update saga , I must assume Sophos are losing their touch . I will uninstall Sophos , and use another maybe paid for AV programme  that is relaible and is supported

I don't think the threat is there - this only happens on my MBP, not my iMac, & via Mail & Dropbox the MBP is identical in content to the iMac. Do Sophos monitor these Forums, I wonder?

let's wait and see , although I have uninstalled Sophos . They do advise IF the threat is there that is , that its Windows specific. If so , Sophos can't be serious about using MacHome AV to prevent issues spreading into the Windows pool !
