I cant download rootkit virus removal tool pls help

I cant download rootkit virus removal tool, after supplying my name my surname and email address. It wont allow me to download it. Server cannot be reached.

Same thing when I tried the Kaspersky anti rootkit TDSS killer on Kaspersky website.

I think someone has been compromising and hacking the behaviour of my PC (Windows 10) for a number of years.

And I haven't been able to remove it.

Can someone please help from this forum? This hackers have gain administrative privileges on my PC and I cant do a thing.

I don't know anything much about computer, they keep changing the behaviour of my PC to the point I got mad and had to do a lot of detective work and research on my own.

    Hello Rey Lioe,

    would be a rather sophisticated threat if it allows access to the vendors' websites but somehow prevents the download.
    If downloading/running HitmanPro or the Sophos Bootable Anti-Virus also fails you should consider reinstalling Windows. As it has allegedly been going on for a number of years you should assume that all kinds of personal data are compromised as well and be wary when you transfer existing data to the new installation.
