Sophos Home Edition not updating

I have been trying to update Sophos Home for days at my home connection, but the shield shows an 'X' indicating that the software has not updated. The shield with the 'X' shows the message" Could not contact primary server". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but to no avail.

Two days ago, I tried updating the anti-virus at my school and the update was successful. The shield showed a message that Sophos is up to date. But, when I got home the software could not contact the primary server again; thus, unable to update. Although, before Sophos Home update works at my home. So, I thought of 2 things: either my connection at home is insufficient for Sophos update or I need to make some changes in my network settings in order for Sophos to be able to update again.

These are the most notable messages from Console.app regarding my latest run of the update:

If there are settings I need to change, some advice is greatly appreciated. If someone needs more info from Console.app and Activity Monitor.app, I'm happy to share the data; although, I may need a bit of guidance to understand the information as I am not a computer science practitioner.

I'm running Sophos Home ver.1.2.3 in my Macbook Air 13" mid-2013 model. I'm located in the Philippines.

Thanks in advance!
