Since this is the only place that Sophos points us to in order to make suggestions for Sophos Home for Mac:
People keep asking about a pause and continue feature for scans, but nobody at Sophos ever responds to these posts.
It is such a simple feature I don't understand why it doesn't bubble to the top of the backlog. As a software developer, it would be so simple to: 1) add a pause button, 2) persist the point at which the pause took place to allow the scan to continue even after a reboot, 2) add periodic checkpoints so if the computer crashes the scan can be picked up after the reboot.
My computer crashed twenty hours into a scan, and it was only 66% done. Now I'm starting all over...
