Determing when Sophos does anti virus scanning.

Hello,

 

I am this close to throw Sophos from my computer. It seems Sophos decides when I should work. Even with 16 GB ram I can't work when Sophos is Scanning. It slows down my computer and it is pointless to go on working like this.

Where can I set the day and time sophos is allowed to scan?

    Hello Joris,

    by default no scheduled scan is defined and On-Access scanning is enabled - this can't be scheduled.
    Won't rule out that you encounter some performance problem but it'd be necessary that you tell the platform/OS and Sophos product and version you are using to give advice.
