I am running Sophos Home Ed 9.6.1 on a Mac running Yosemite.
Sophos has quarantined an Adware threat and is asking me to clean it up manually. The manual clean up button is greyed out and the padlock button to enable it doesn't appear even when the frame is maximised. I have tried quitting the app, then restarting it from the apps folder, but the same thing occurs.
Could someone please point me in the right direction?
Any help is much appreciated.
