Where can I find the Sophos Outlook Add-in

which link in what PDF? Wonder why it should take you to Sophos Central.
You might or might not have read How to submit spam messages to Sophos with the Outlook Add-in - please note that without an email solution product (e.g. Appliance, PureMessage) you want benefit from it. Thus as the add-in is not a stand-alone tool, if you do have such a product it's be better to ask in the associated forum. The link in the Deployment Guide is as far as I can tell correct.
