Sophos Home will not update. Cannot contact/connect to update server.

Hello Jason Terry,

might be my eye-sight, can't spot the cannot connect although the second screenshot shows that an (attempt to) update is in progress.
BTW: While Sophos Home is free it has a dedicated group.
