salve, abbiamo installato Sophos free antivirus su 2 Samsung 1) S4 mini vers. android 4.4.2 e 2) S5 mini vers. android 5.1.1. Improvvisamente sul S4 mini ogni volta che si preme il tasto "invio" o "return" appariva la scritta "il processo com.android.systemui è stato arrestato" riportandomi alla schermata di blocco. Ho disinstallato Sophos, pulito le caches e il problema anche se non risolto, comunque appare più raramente. Avevo quindi pensato ad un problema del mio cellulare, però adesso anche l'S5 mini ha problemi in quanto continua a spegnersi autonomamente. N.B. questi problemi sono nati dopo l'installazione dell' antivirus e non è stata fatta nessun altra installazione concomitante. C'è qualcuno che riesce a dirmi qualcosa? Grazie
Hi, we have installed Sophos free antivirus on 2 Samsung smartphones: 1) S4 mini vers. Android 4.4.2 and 2) S5 mini vers. Android 5.1.1. Suddenly on the S4 mini every time I push "enter" or "return" it pops up the warning "the com.android.systemui process has stopped" bringing me back to the lock screen (never done before this installation). So I uninstalled Sophos, cleaned the caches and the problem is not solved but it appears less frequently. So I thought of a problem of my phone, but now the S5 mini has problems too as it turns off frequently by itself. Please note that these problems began after the installation of the anti-virus and no other app has been installed in the meantime. Is there anybody who can help us? Thank you
