After scanning my Mac, Sophos says 4 threats found. 0 Removed. How do I remove them. I also don't have a quarantine manager. How do I get/find it?

Where does it say 4 threats found?

Looks like they were automaticaly cleaned up. So you do not need to do anything.

That screen shot is not of the 4 removed, it is just showing that there is no quarantine manager. But after it has been scanned, it says 4 threats, 0 removed, under scan now.

I am having this same issue. 3 threats shown but all the instruction on how to clean up say to use quarantine manager which I don't have. Please help.
