My Mac Home Edition Sophos has begun to block Facebook but don’t recall requesting that change. Now, I can’t sign in to my Sophos account to investigate. An error message says an incorrect e-mail or password was used. How do I reset or in some way fix this? Sophos appears to be working properly in all other respects, but the Facebook filter is a huge problem.
