I can't download Mac anti-virus from Sophos website. Links don't work.

I also cannot download Mac anti virus from your website.

I start with: http://www.sophos.com/en-us/products/free-tools/sophos-antivirus-for-mac-home-edition.aspx and click the " Get started" button. I fill in my name and emailaddress,

and end up with this link: http://downloads.sophos.com/inst_home-edition/O_H0WAPFcgMQATGS8GdlBQZD00NDU3/savosx_he_r.zip

and get the message " file not found"

Please help.

I am experiencing the exact same error. The error occurered at the time of this posting.

I have added a screenshot of the page displayed when I get to the above URL. I'm using the latest version of Firefox 36.0.3 on Mac OS X 10.10.2. I encounter the problem when I try to download the free version of Sohphos Anti Virus for Mac Home Edition. Also I don't have ad blocker installed and I have unselected Block Pop Up Windows in preferences but I am still having trouble accessing the Live Chat. This is across both Firefox & Safari, so probably not browser specific.

File not found is still showing even with new link.

I was able to download Antivirus for Mac from my Windows 7 machine...

I can download every free tool on my Mac except Antivirus for Mac; ironic

Recent problems with download reliability appear to be related to stale/expired links. Links from the website expire after 2-3 days. Don't use old links, always go back to the website to get a fresh one. This is definitely inconvienent, sorry about it, but was implemented to comply wtih some export restrictions (since we include software that employs cryptography we have some extra legal obligations like this).
