Yosemite 10.10.1 Updated Sophos main virus data file is missing com.sophos.intercheck

Yosemite 10.10.1 Updated Sophos and now get the following message. Fatal Error: The main virus data file is missing com.sophos.intercheck: Sophos Anti-Virus cannot continue

How do I fix this? Please Help!!!!

I followed your recommended thread and download sophos again. I got the very same error message when I ran the Sophos scan and the cleanup failed again. What do I do next? If I delete macfonts.dmg what will happen?
