Sophos UTM Home Edition asking for login and password

I have installed the software version on a Dell i3 computer.  when the software boots up I get the sophos splash screen and then it goes to a CLI asking for login and password.  I don't know what that is I have signed up and know my password but I don't remember a login setup screen anyway.

white sophos splash screen reads:

(I don't know what this login and password is???)
