The Sophos Virus Removal Toll states that it has removed both viruses but neither has been actually removed. Any suggestions? Manual deletion replaces both in seconds.

It was suggested to use Spy Hunter, but after checking around I used Malwarebytes Anti-malware (free) and it did the job.
