chatrooms

When I go into a chatroom the middle chat panel s blank white, while the upper panel (where you can type your chat) works and the lower panel (although not used for anything) also works. I uninstalled Sophos and it worked but I don't want to permanently uninstall Sophos. I have tried putting the website name in my exceptions but it still does not work. Any help would be appreciated.

    there's AFAIK no standard for the design and implementation of a chatroom. So please give us an example URL (but note that if the site has special requirements for registration it might not be feasible to reproduce your issue) and in addition which browser you are using.

    The chat part might not be provided by the main site and/or use a different name.
