I am running Mac OSX Yosemite 10.10.1. I have on my computer Sophos Anti Virus 8.0.23. For the love of God, I cannot get this thing to go away. I downloaded AppZapper and tried to uninstall that way but no dice. All the files are gone off my computer, but it still shows up in the top of my menu bar on my computer. I tried to download the remover and get the error in the picture that I attached. Please, someone help me get this thing off my computer. It's doing nothing but mess it up.
