"Item Status: Automatic cleanup was not successful, manual cleanup is required"

Help.

Quarantine Manager is telling me "Item Status: Automatic cleanup was not successful, manual cleanup is required." Now what do I that? 

Listed under locations it says "/Volumes/InstallOptimizer/Lightspark-Player-Pro.app/Contents/MacOS/Installer"

I went to Go > Go to Folder and then typed in "/Volumes/InstallOptimizer/Lightspark-Player-Pro.app/Contents/MacOS" but I couldn't get there. The farthest I could get is "?Volumes."

If I have to go into Terminal to delete the file, please give me detailed instructions on how to remove it.
