Web cam protection and keyboard logger

Asking if Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac Home Edition [the locally managed standalone product] will have a web cam access blocker and key logger protection in the future - perhaps in version 10? Will pay for a Mac AV product with these security features, please let me us know...

While you're waiting for the web cam protection, why not put a piece of masking tape over the camera? Fold the tape over exactly where the lens is to avoid getting adhesive on the glass.

Thanks ZRL1, however covering the web cam dims the display considerably - but this is always a failover step.

In System Preferences>Display, is "Automatically adjust brightness" checked? If so, uncheck that to prevent the dimming. The camera is sensing ambient light and brightness is adjusted using that reading if the option is checked.
