How do I open "View Scan Log" now that I have just re-installed AV for Mac?

I had to re-install Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac after it was uninstalled while checking some software issues. The installation went fine and I ma running a couple of Custom Scans but I cannot view the scan log after the Custom Scans were run. Is this a feature of Custom Scans or is there something else I need to do.

  • You can check in the Console for mac under "FILES"
    Its should be located under either "/Library/Logs" or "~/Library/Logs" depending on what sophos product you are using(Sophos AV or Sophos Home)
    Under both folders you should see Sophos Anti-Virus and expanding them will show a "Scans" folder with the logs
