Sophos Home for MAC consistently crashing on El Capitan

Whenever I try to open Scans, Preference or Quarantine Manager via the Sophos icon, the MAC attempts to open the Sophos program (flashing in system tray) then crashes, This is despite having killed Sophos processes in terminal and performed full reboot.

Home Edition 9.4.2, engine 3.64.1

Updates seem to work fine but whenever the main program is invoked it generates a crash report
