Sophos says 'issues detected' but nothing to be done?

I used to have Sophos on my machine a couple of years ago but it somehow disappeared..?  So I downloaded it again.  When I run it, it says 'issues detected' but there is nothing listed in the quarantine manager....so what are these issues and how can they be fixed??  Thank you for any help.

I am on a Macbook Pro, OS 10.8.5
