Sophos VRT fails to install due to same bug as 4 years ago. Error 1609. This was successfully resolved in Oct 2012, but has reappeared. Can we get Sophos to repair this? I contacted Sophos Support who helped last time, but they refused to help and sent me here instead. Pity, they were helpful in 2012.
