Problems Detected

Looking for answers. This was posted in March, I just had the same thing happen except I have 10.11.5.

I have SOPHOS Anti-Virus ver : 9.4.2 on my MACBOOK PRO running OS X ver: 10.11.3 (El Capitan). When I run SOPHOS Anti-Virus scan there are no menaces detected but, I get a message "Problems Detected".

How do I find what the problems are and correct them ?
