For the past 4-5 weeks, only of my 3 Win7Utimatex64 laptops is misbehaving with Sophos. When launched (from taskbar,start,program,desktop) with/without admin or anything else running or not. Tried in safe mode. Sophos shows the full screen & the all the detail disappears & leaves me with a white frame after 2-3 seconds. I x the frame & retry and the same thing happens - this goes on forever as I have to be fast & accurate with mouse to start scanning. Once the scan starts, the white empty frame returns & I can't see the progress bar. The only way i know it's finished is x-cancelling & it tells me in a new frame that it's not finished & do I really want to stop - I say no & try again in 1/2 hour. As my other 2 laptop also have almost the same software installed & the Sophos works fine on those 2, I've tried to diagnose this problem. No luck so far, & I've not seen anything similar in the forums. If anyone has any advice or suggestions or questions, please let me know. Thanks in advance - Fred
