Dear Sophos, your community can't help, can you?

I've had this warning periodically for YEARS and Sophos has not cleaned it up.  Ever.

Apparently the virus can be found at '/' wherever that is.

Can Sophos offer a solution, or do I just accept Sophos cannot deal with Mal/Phish-A?
