Sophos Home and Sophus Dashboard don't agree as to ON/OFF condition of Automatic Virus Protection

I have the free Sophos Home edition. The Sophos Home window initially shows Automatic Virus Protection, Web Protection and Potentially Unwanted App Protection ON. After some period of time (no more than a few hours) the Sophos Home window indicates that Automatic Virus Protection is OFF. However, when I go to the Home Dashboard online, it indicates that Virus Protection is ON. Turning the Protection OFF and ON from The Dashboard has no effect on Sophus Home. I don't know which to believe, though I lean toward Sophus Home.

Just the same on my Mac. I've been through the process a few times and it's just the same. Virus Protection is ON but on Sophos Home it is OFF. Just had a zillion unwanted e-mails and need to sort this. Thanks John Bennett.

Which OSX version you are running, and if you were to change a setting on the dashboard( i.e. Web Protection setting or the Potentially Unwanted App setting), did the setting change on your Mac?
