I had Sophos 9.2.9 installed on my Macbook pro (OS X 10.10.5). Several days ago it stopped updating with the message - 'Could not contact primary server. URL error'. I thought the answer might be to re install. Unfortunately, I didn't uninstall the correct way by using the removal app. I simply moved it to trash and deleted. Now I still have the shield with an x and the same messages when I try to re install including - 'uninstall existing product'. Any help would be greatly appreciated. John
