Invalid Signature After Download of Sophos Virus Removal Tool (SVRT)

Download of Sophos Virus Removal Tool (SVRT) onto a Windows 10 computer ends with a window at the bottom of the Internet Explorer 11 browser stating that the download has an invalid signature. Two download attempts resulted in the same error message. I download the SVRT every quarter and this is the first time that I have experienced problems with a download. Is anyone else having a problem downloading the SVRT?

I am seeing this issue with IE11 on WS2012R2. I do not see this issue with Firefox. When I view the digital certificate chain of the file itself it all looks good. I imagine this is an IE bug but would love confirmation.

Chris,

Do you receive the Sophos newsletter each week or more? Shortly after I posted, one of the newsletters had a link to download the free home version. I did, and it worked.

Hope you can find that same link.
