can't download free antivirus

When I try to download the free antivirus tool, I get the message "Your current security settings do not allow you to download this file." I have tried adding sophos.com to my list of acceptable sites, but it made no difference.

you didn't say which OS and browser (please also specify the version) you are using.

I have Windows 7 and use Internet Explorer. I'm not sure of the version. It says Internet Explorer Ink.

you can display the IE version using Help (or the question mark) from the menu bar -> About Internet Explorer
