Sophos Virus Removal Tool scan all Local Drives?

Is there any way to make this tool scan all local hard drives, or specify a drive you want scanned other than drive 'C'?

The free "Sophos Virus Removal Tool" does not have any interface where I can select a drive as far as I can tell, so there is no place to specify what drive to scan.

I will have to test further then. I tested it by cloning an infected hard drive and running the tool with the clone hooked up as a secondary hard drive. According to the log it only removed threats from the C: drive.
Thank you for the clarification and I will look into it further and post back if my results are any different.
