'Manually remove' message

I'm running the scan and it keeps stopping at the same place with a message that I should manually remove a threat:

2014-12-27 06:24:08 +0100 Threat: 'Mal/Badsrc-C' detected in /.Spotlight-V100/Store-V2/2C23554A-0D78-4575-9E41-09635551B697/Cache/0000/0000/0057/5716851.txt

But I don't find any of the files on the path on my Mac.

The scan will not continue past this point leaving 800,000+ files not scanned
