Encryption - how to save a file?

I have just installed Free Encryption and encrypted an Excel file. If I open the file, make a few changes, then save it I get a "Secure Delete" error message asking if I want to securely delete a temporary file.

Do I delete it or not?

I'd be very grateful if anyone can help me!
