unable to delete malware

Great, my fingers are crossed! 

The scan suggests isssues detected but no threat indicated in the quaratine manager when I scanned the backup after doing as you suggested.  So I hope that's it.

I will try a scan of the home hard drive later just to be sure but it is looking good.  Thanks again for your expertise, your interest and diligenceQ

I seem to have found a file in my backup via time machine it would not delete.  I select it, sign in but it does not delete.

Any ideas?
